Its Advanced documentation describes Advanced as an optional add-on priced at $4 per published inspection. Apply that fee only when your required feature set calls for Advanced.
HomeGauge's pricing page lists $89 per month after its trial and describes a desktop report writer with a Companion app, agreements, scheduling, and payments. Ask HomeGauge for a team quote rather than inventing additional-seat math that its public page does not state.
